Privacy policy

What we collect, why we keep it and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

We collect as little as we can and only what we need to answer you, plan your project and run the studio. We never sell your details to anyone.

Who looks after your data

QEVRØN Studio, Refshalevej 163A, 1432 Copenhagen K, Denmark, is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions can go to hello@qevron.studio.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or sign up for news we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details you share about your site and project.

When you visit this website we collect anonymous statistics such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, so we can see what is useful.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, to deliver and administer a commission, to send the occasional studio update if you have asked for it, and to meet our legal and accounting duties.

Who we share it with

Only with the people who help us do the work: engineers, consultants and contractors on your project, and the services that host this website, our email and our accounts. Each of them is bound to protect your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as Danish law requires, normally five years after completion.

This website uses a small number of cookies to work properly and to measure visits. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any page.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted or take it elsewhere, and you can withdraw consent to updates at any time. Write to hello@qevron.studio and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the way we use data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
