The ground rules for working with QEVRØN, from the first site visit to the year after the keys.

These terms apply to every commission, consultation and visit to this website. By engaging QEVRØN Studio you agree to them, so please read them before we start drawing.

Who we are

QEVRØN Studio is an architecture, interiors and landscape practice with studios in Copenhagen and Lisbon. Our registered office is Refshalevej 163A, 1432 Copenhagen K, Denmark.

Our services

Each project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, the stages of work, the team and the fee. The proposal and these terms together form our agreement. If anything in the proposal differs from these terms, the proposal takes priority.

Changes to the scope are agreed in writing before the work begins, together with any change to the fee or programme.

Fees and payment

Fees are invoiced at the end of each stage, or monthly on larger projects. Invoices are due within 30 days. The first site visit and conversation are free and carry no obligation.

Costs such as surveys, consultants, travel outside Copenhagen and Lisbon, models and printing are passed on at cost when agreed in advance.

Drawings and copyright

We keep the copyright in all drawings, models, renders and documents we produce. Once our fees are paid you have a licence to use them to build and maintain the project at the agreed site.

We may photograph completed projects and show them in our portfolio, publications and awards entries. We will never publish a private address without your permission.

Responsibility

We carry professional indemnity insurance and work with the care and skill expected of a qualified practice. Our liability is limited to the amount of that insurance, and we are not responsible for the work of contractors or consultants appointed directly by you.

Pausing or ending a project

Either side may pause or end a commission with 30 days written notice. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over the drawings produced so far once the final invoice is settled.

This website

The content on this website is for general information. We take care to keep it accurate, but it does not form part of any agreement. Images and text may not be reused without our permission.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Danish law. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page applies to new commissions from the date it is published.
